Too busy for the full read? Here is why you should buy Mackie DL16S.
✅ Wireless control
✅ Adjustable outputs
✅ 4 band EQ
✅ 16 mic inputs
✅ Sturdy steel construction
I wrote this review for Mackie DL16S while I was researching good channel mixers in the market. Churches all over the world are switching to more diverse forms of music technology. This, they do because they want to keep up with the modern world and continue attracting people in large crowds easily. Our church also gave us a go signal for some upgrades. I as the main musician of the church’s band was given the job to install a new channel mixer. Since I was a tech geek already, this didn’t pose much of a challenge for me.
Since our church was using an analog mixer for a long time, I thought it was about time that we switch to more digital technology. This would not only allow us to enjoy better diversity but also allow us to mix and match a variety of different sounds. The mixer that I was looking for would simply take a number of audio sources, adjust its level, fix its frequencies, and produce a lesser number of outputs at one time.
Finding an audio channel mixer for a club or pub is not very hard. The requirements are pretty specific, but with a church, that is certainly not the case. I wanted to invest in a model that everyone in our band would like. This meant that the model should offer durability, but not at the cost of portability. It should also offer efficiency but not compromise on affordability.
As I continued looking for products, I realize that the task was more daunting than I think it would be. One model that I seriously considered was the Mackie DL165. It not only offered me with complete wireless control but also came with a built-in Wi-Fi. This was an excellent feature because it eliminated the need for any long cords or complex installation. However, my search for the right product didn’t end here.
I still had to ask some questions to escape my dilemma.
The first two features were important because I didn’t want to invest in a model that didn’t provide me with an adequate number of mic inputs. I also wanted a band EQ of 3 or higher. As for the budget, the Church did allow me to stretch it a bit, but I was still hoping to find a unit that wasn’t too expensive. And luckily, I soon did.
This 16 channel mixer model is one of the best ones in the market that comes with an integrated Wifi that is suitable for both musician’s individual performance and a band performance. It offers 16 Onyx preamp that is available on XLR connectors. There is also a very delicate and sophisticated signal processing unit that allows for greater efficiency. Another thing that stands out is the 4 EQ band that provides greater compression for each of the 16 channel mixers. Additionally, there are also six VCA’s and around 6 mute groups that give you more control over your performance. However, all these pros would go to waste if this channel mixer wasn’t very durable. The steel construction allows for greater durability and makes it last for a longer time.
Having a solid built is not the only thing buyers look for in such a unit. I also looked for other features. Here are some of the most exciting pros and benefits that I received after investing in this superb design.
This digital mixer comes with 16 Onyx mic preamps that are all efficient in their function. There are also XLR outputs that are fully assignable and include a headphone output as well. The ability to mix and match audio inputs from so many different inputs means that musicians can create truly unique and special music each time.
When you buy this mixer, you also get to enjoy better control via the Android, the IOS, the windows, and the macOS devices. There is also no need for a set FOH position which means that you can use the mixer anywhere anytime. Moreover, Mackie will support up to 20 different devices at the same time which makes it one of the most impressive models in the market.
With its 16 channel mixer and its 4 band EQ, you can expect the unit to have some powerful processing going on. There are 13 output buses along with a 31 band GEQ comp or limited that ensures no delay occurs in the production of the sounds. To top this, you also get access to 6 VCA’s and around 6 mute groups. These, among other things, give you more control over your music.
Regardless of how good the performance of a unit is, without an equally smooth tracking and recording ability, there is really no use of a mixer in a long term setting. I was thrilled to find out that this Mackie unit comes with an excellent 2.0 audio interface that not only reduces utility costs but also ensures you can record the music anytime.
Of all the features that stand out in this model, this one is probably the one people, including myself appreciate the most. This control app is both easy to master and very intuitive which ensures greater convenience. Moreover, it allows for extra fast navigation that comes in handy when you have to perform complex actions. Furthermore, it is very easy to set up this app which saves both your time and your effort.
I am easily swayed by people’s comments, which is why I didn’t want to read what other buyers had said about the model. However, my fellow colleagues suggested that I do because that was the only way to ensure that the company wasn’t making any false promises. When reading through the comments, I realized that almost everyone praised the greater level of control that this model offered. This is ensured by a large number of input and output channels. Moreover, buyers were also pleased with the free pro tools software that is included in the package. After reading all these comments, I was convinced that I was on the right track.
and,
My intuition said that I had already found a model that was most suited to my needs. However, almost everyone I talked to suggested that I compare Mackie to other similar models before making a final decision. I trusted my preferred model to be strong enough to survive this test.
For the sake of clarity, I reduced the features to bullet points so I could reach an appropriate conclusion without having to spend too much time on the process. I chose models with either similar ratings or reviews or models that were within the same price range. I then moved on to my making a comparison table with the top 3 features of each mixer.
Here is an overview of what I concluded.
| Mackie DL16S | Behringer XR18 |
| Diverse outputs | Lacks diversity |
| More durable | Less durable |
| 16 mic input | 18 mic input |
| Mackie DL16S | NOVIK NEO MIXER |
| 4 band EQ | 3 band EQ |
| Built-in Wi-Fi | Lacks good connectivity |
| Less portable | More portable |
| Mackie DL16S | XTUGA MRV122FX |
| 16 channel mixer | 12 channel mixer |
| Greater number of outputs | Less number of outputs |
| Expensive | Cheaper |
When I bought the model, I didn’t think it would delight as many people as it did at the Church. Everyone who was involved in the upgrades was thrilled to see this amazing mixer that allowed for greater diversity and versatility. However, one thing that surprised everyone was the price of the model. They were all amazed to see how a model so durable and efficient be available at such a low price.
The first time we used Mackie DL16S, we were all overjoyed to experience the clarity of the music. It was then that I realized the advantages of good research. Had I not reviewed my model properly or compared it to other models, I would never have reached such a sensible decision.
I didn’t think I would ever find a model that suited my personality, but when I came across Nord Stage 3 Compact, my perception changed. Playing with new musical tones was always my passion. I liked to experiment with my musical instruments and create something that is distinct from all other singers.
My mother was a very spiritual woman and always believed that music was an important medium to communicate religious teachings. She believed that with the right tunes, people could be motivated to act on the teachings of the sermon. I never accepted that premise, but I was interested in testing it out.
My mother asked me to create something that would be appropriate to play at a church. I didn’t think this was an unusual request because I loved creating music specific to every occasion. But my mother wasn’t happy with my old instruments and suggested I invest in a new synthesizer. Since she agreed to pay half the amount, I happily agreed.
The Nord Stage 3 compact digital piano comes with 73 distinct keys that allow for great diversity. It is a renowned model that is known for its brilliant analog-modeling warmth, but I wasn’t sure the model would give me the required amount of control over my tunes. Another feature that surprised me was the single oscillator setup that allowed for both shape and pitch modes. There was also another dual oscillator that allowed for easy mixing and matching of music.
The latter feature truly fascinated me because this was exactly the kind of quality I was looking for in my next synthesizer. I didn’t want to jump into any decision, and so I decided to find more about The Nord stage compact piano. I also got to know that the synth section comes with 3 unison modes. Not only that, but the model also doesn’t reduce voice polyphony.
I was half-convinced that this was the right model for me, but there were some important questions I had to ask myself before proceeding.
I was happy to know that the oscillator section of this model offered 5 distinct categories. These included formant, sample, classic, wave, and super wave. I was truly happy to get this level of diversity at a reasonable price.
If I had to use two words to describe this unit, I would use breathtaking and very efficient. The former because the exterior of the model was not only attractive but was very durable. I knew that this would be my companion for a very long time. Moreover, the Nord stage 3 was also very efficient and boasted of the latest award-winning C2D organ simulations that took the internet by storm. Furthermore, you will be pleased to know that two distinct organ models can be used at the same time without interfering with the functions of each other. to top all this, the Rotary Speaker simulation is also available for every slot independently.
There was one thing that I wanted the most from this piano; control. I did not want to invest in a model that would limit my technique. I love challenges and my piano was going to be proof of that. This Nord Stage 3 model came with some of the best features in the market. I am only mentioning a few that made me fall in love with the design.
The best thing about this model is that it offers a huge variation in sounds. It features an extensive selection of the Piano library that not only allows you to add different sounds but also replace old ones with the new ones from the Nord sound manager. The library is also updated regularly to ensure that you always have access to the best music.
This comes in handy when users have to play an electromechanical instrument. This long release mode will add a relatively longer release and hence make the model more suitable for legato playing. Moreover, the piano will also be able to emulate a loose damper tension in any acoustic instrument.
This is an optional accessory but offers huge benefits for users. It features a very dynamic pedal that allows for more varied techniques. Moreover, the model also recreates any mechanical sound by either lifting the damper mechanism or by releasing it. This in turn produces much more sizzling and attractive sounds. To top all this, the model can also respond to the force momentum used when you are releasing or pressing the pedal.
You get not one, but three sound-generating sections, all of which you can use in combination or individually. These are the organ, synthesizer, and piano. Furthermore, the Nord also offers 2 separate slots that allow you to have a variety of synth effects. All this allows for much more sonic flexibility.
The model allows for automatically seamless transitions when you change programs or sounds while playing. There is also an excellent song mode that allows musicians to up their game. You can better organize your songs and get them sorted into categories for your ease. You can also create unique lists for different situations. With this, you get a lot of customization and control over your music.
While I was pondering over whether this model met all my needs, I also decided to read some reviews and see what other buyers had said about the design. I knew that recent buyers are always brutally honest in their comments and won’t shy away from calling spade a spade. But saying that I was surprised by the comments would be an understatement. People had absolutely loved Nord compact model because of its high aesthetic appeal and stronger tunes. Many buyers had also praised the brand new layer category of the model that enhances layered patches and allows the creation of in-depth music.
and,
One thing that I have always taken great pride in is my patience. I wanted to spend as much time as needed and do this part right. I didn’t just randomly select the products that I stumbled upon. I did thorough research and filtered out any pianos that were either too extravagant or came too cheap. I wanted my preferred model to be able to rise up the challenge and defeat my alternative choices on fair grounds. And to my utter surprise; it did.
The Nord stage 3 compact offered an enhanced filter effect and increased delay effect that was missing in almost all other models I checked. I also found other units to be very heavy and hence lacking portability. This was unacceptable for me because I knew that I wanted to carry my unit from one place to another quite often. But these were just a couple of things that convinced me.
Here is how I reached the decision.
| Nord Stage 3 Compact | Kurzweil Music Systems FORTE7 |
| Weighs 21 pounds | Weighs 48 pounds |
| Quicker load time | Relatively higher load time |
| 2 GB memory | 16 GB memory |
| Nord Stage 3 Compact | Nord USA, Key Grand 88-note |
| Suitable for beginners and professionals | Suitable for professionals |
| Lightweight hence more portable | Less portable |
| 73 keys | 88 keys |
| Nord Stage 3 Compact | Roland RD-2000 Premium |
| Diverse synth section | Less diversity |
| More control over the music | Offers less control |
| Expensive | Cheaper |
This model with award-winning features was sure to surprise anyone, but I fell in love with it. The first time I used it was also the first time I truly understood what good control meant. I could make use of a variety of organ systems and pipes and achieve a mix and match of different tunes. My mother was also surprised when she saw me playing on this synthesizer.
I could also see the huge impact my music had on all the attendees. People not only stayed at the Church longer but were also content with their presence. This was more than I could have asked for and I only have Nord Stage 3 compact to thank for it.
This Focal Shape 65 review was written to help out Churches like us. Our church was considered one of the best ones in the city. It had a large sitting space and bright walls. It also had adequate lighting and received good attendance on Sundays. However, one thing that it lacked was a good studio monitor. The management body, including myself, were worried that without a good monitor, we won’t be able to retain our popularity for much longer. Almost all other churches in the vicinity were updating their equipment and we didn’t want to stay behind.
Since I was the only person in the management who understood the features and specs of tech equipment, I was naturally asked to look for a good monitor. The management allocated me a large budget and wanted me to find the most durable and efficient model in the market. I was excited to do this because I knew I didn’t have to stick to a small budget. After much deliberation and research, I finally found a unit that everyone loved.
Studio monitors are different from speakers because the former is specifically designed to allow for better professional audio production applications. They should ideally allow for the recreation of music or sounds exactly like the original source. However, I knew that some units are of bad quality and hence allow for distorted sounds, especially at higher frequencies. This is something I wanted to avoid at all costs.
Focal Shape 65 pleased me initially because it was a single monitor that allowed a powerful acoustic performance. It also came with a special tweeter that ensured lower directivity and hence ensured greater flexibility. I was a bit concerned with the model’s inability to have a port. However, I soon realized that it came with a double passive radiator which allowed it to be placed near a wall easily.
So far, everything was good, but it wasn’t perfect. I hence asked myself a couple of questions so I could delve deeper into the specs of this model.
Focal shape comes with numerous settings that hence for optimal integration but more importantly, the accuracy of controls is offered even in the high-end settings of the monitor. Moreover, I was also convinced that the bass was superb and will allow the church to produce the best quality music.
Focal shape 65 monitor is specifically designed to cater to the needs of all professionals. Since we were looking to buy a model for a church, we knew we couldn’t compromise on either efficiency or functionality. This monitor allowed for greater optimization thus ensuring that the individual needs are catered too. To top all that, there is also an excellent bass feature included that ensured greater precision during greater frequency. This monitor is also better than others because of its excellent tweeter. This prevents any masking effects and ensures there is no distortion in voice or quality. So if you are looking to get consistent results every single time, then Focal Shape is definitely the model to consider.
A model may look very good but unless it has equally good features, it can’t be trusted. One thing that I loved about this brand is that it didn’t make any exaggerated claims. Everything that was promised was delivered. Here are some of the features I loved the most.
Focal is known for introducing some of the best glass fiber cones in the market. The lightweight rigidity allows for an extraordinary definition that makes this an instant hit among professionals. Moreover, there is a layer of flax fiber that is sandwiched between the layers of glass fiber and results in a perfect low-frequency action. Furthermore, this layer is lightweight and hence doesn’t add much to the weight of the model.
Having accurate and low-end frequency was my priority and I knew that I wasn’t going to compromise on it. The excellent design of the model allows for a piston-like low-frequency action that ensures an increased dampening. You will also be surprised by how accurate this is in both mid and low range situations.
The advanced tweeter that is added to this monitor is truly revolutionary and adds to the appeal of the design. There is an aluminum-magnesium dome tweeter that is very efficient and provides excellent functionality. There is another M shaped and inverted tweeter that provides excellent rigidity and ensures lower distortion.
Beneath the MDF enclosure of the model, there are a number of technologies that ensure a linear frequency response. One of these is the excellent TMD that will surround the entire speaker. This stabilizing element offers excellent architecture and ensures great harmonics. Moreover, it produces a very flat and remarkable frequency response that is around 1 kHz and 2 kHz. This results in greater neutrality in the midranges.
This is also another feature that truly captured my attention. The use of passive radiators ensured low-end stability that ensured consistent performance throughout. These radiators aid other technologies in giving the monitors a low-frequency response. By creating a balance between the different frequencies, these radiators are able to do a much better job than any ports. Moreover, this feature also allows you to keep your unit as close to the walls as you want. This makes them an excellent choice for both small and large studios and centers.
After reviewing all the products, one thing was pretty certain; people absolutely loved Focal Shape 65 Monitor. Everyone found it to be a very innovative and efficient model that came with all modern features. The integrated TMD along with the dual passive radiators increases frequency response and ensures the voice doesn’t distort at all. Moreover, the amplification is pretty great and allows for stability. So all in all, I was fully convinced that this model is going to be worth our while.
and,
Designed to meet every need of the house, this monitor impressed everyone. However, I knew that I wasn’t going to invest in it until I compared it with some of the other models in the market. To be as unbiased as possible, I asked some of my friends for recommendations. I asked them to remain within a certain budget range so none of the products were too expensive or too cheap. This was to ensure that no model was eliminated unfairly.
The comparison part turned out to be more rewarding than I thought. For starters, I found out that Focal Shape came with a neutral inductance circuit technology that allowed for the perfect magnetic field generation. Moreover, I also liked that my top preference came with better audio controls and ensured easier usage.
Here is the comparison table I made for my convenience.
| Focal Shape 65 | Adam Audio A7X |
| Weighs 8500 grams | Weighs 9200 grams |
| Provides more control | Provides less control |
| Expensive | Cheaper |
| Focal Shape 65 | Focal 2x Alpha |
| Less noise distortion | Noise distorts at high ends |
| Smoother bass | Less smooth bass |
| Connection of less audio sources | Connection of diverse audio sources |
| Focal Shape 65 | Neumann KH 120 A |
| Offers optimal integration | Integration is not smooth |
| Better field frequency response | Less precision |
| Does not offer Aluminum enclosure | Prevents cabinet induced coloration |
If there is one thing that I can say with certainty, it is that my management people did not for a second regret trusting me with this huge task. Once the model came and we installed it, there was not a single person in the room who wasn’t awestruck by the design and the build of the model. However, that was just the tip of the iceberg.
When the model was switched on, it sent everyone into a trance. The acoustics were breathtaking and so was the frequency. Everyone also found the monitor very durable and attractive. I came back from the church that day, fully convinced that I had done a great job.
Because this model offered amazing features, I had a fun time writing this Canon TS8220 review. Like many other modern churches, our church was also adapting to the new world. We weren’t allocated the last budget; however, another reason why we weren’t able to make any updates was that we outsourced a lot of things. One major thing was printing. Every time our church needed a printing job to be done, it used to outsource the job to a company. The costs of shipping, designing, and printing together resulted in a lot of money; money that the church could use elsewhere.
I joined the church as an employee very recently but I was committed to lowering the functional costs of the place. I suggested the bishop to install a studio printer so the church could save on costs and efforts. He was hesitant at first but after some thorough convincing, he was more than happy to oblige to my requests. He only had one concern; he wanted this printer to be easy to use and affordable. I assured him he would get both features. And he surely did in the form of Canon TS8220.
Before starting my research, I was a tad bit nervous. I knew I was being entrusted with a huge responsibility and I didn’t want to mess up this chance. I first noted down some of the features that the church wasn’t going to compromise on at all. This included the less weight of the model, its excellent durability, but most importantly a low price.
There were some other features that I knew the management would want. This included an optimal functionality and accuracy of controls. None of the people there were tech geeks and so I wanted to choose a unit that was easy to use and allowed for greater flexibility. Moreover, printers don’t usually provide precision and accuracy. This was something I was very cautious about.
Here are some questions I hence asked myself.
These were just some of the many questions I asked myself before buying the unit. The answers to them were likely to influence my decision. The concerns about durability, price, and weight were the most important, and I made sure I didn’t proceed until I was satisfied on all fronts.
This streamlined and sleek design took the internet by storm and ensured almost all potential buyers considered it once. It comes with a 6 individual ink system that allows for greater sharpness and clarity. However, its best feature is that it allows for greater robustness. Your prints will come out in no time and will be of the highest quality. Moreover, the photo blue ink will ensure that your pictures will look much better than before. The technology will decrease any graininess and will ensure the smoothest color reproduction. To top all this, the model also comes with an excellent LCD touchscreen that is easy to handle and manage. So whether you are looking to use the model once every day or once in a month, rest assured that it will come through.
There are very few models that I like instantly. This was surely one of them. You may be surprised now, but once you look at some of the features of Canon, you will be able to relate to me. Here is what I loved about this printer.
Most people don’t even consider the build and design of a print when finalizing their choice, but I had to. I knew that the durability of a product depends on its design and I didn’t want to take any risks. This is a relatively flat and compact printer that is available in red, white, and black colors. The model has a box-like design and has flat edges and a very stable and wide base at the bottom. The LED display and the panel both are flat and hence allow for better visibility. It also weighs less than 15 pounds which ensures better portability.
This printer offers some of the most impressive features when it comes to connectivity. The all-in-one wireless can easily connect through a high speed USB-C. There is also an option for Bluetooth and LAN connectivity thus ensuring you have all the options you need. In short, there are a plethora of options that you can avail if you want to get your devices to communicate with each other.
As I mentioned earlier, I wasn’t going to opt for a printer that was hard to use. This is because none of the people in the management would be comfortable with that. Luckily, Canon allowed for easy setup and offered comfortable usage. It also allows for app connectivity which means you are able to save both your time and energy in setting up complex commands.
This model comes with a standard document tray that measures 8.5 inches by 11.7 inches. This corresponds to an A4 paper easily and also supports any other smaller format including a photo paper. My church needed to make use of both these types so I was extremely happy with this feature. The tray capacity is 100 sheets of paper along with 20 sheets of photo paper. This was more than adequate for my church’s needs.
I found the Canon Pixma to be the most exceptional unit in the market, but I knew I had to look for reviews before making a formal purchase. For this purpose, I went to the most reliable sites and read some of the comments people had left about the product. I was pleased to see that almost everyone had positive things to say about the unit. Most people had complimented the accuracy of the controls, whereas others had applauded the diversity the model offers. People had also praised the compact and sleek body that allowed them to place and move the model as many times as they wanted to.
and,
I believe in first impressions and the Canon Pixma impressed me from the first moment I saw it, however, I didn’t want to waste any of my Church’s money on a bad quality printer, so I decided to compare this Canon model to a couple of others in the market. This part of my research proved very fruitful because I was able to figure out all the pros and a handful of unavoidable cons of my model too.
The model makes for an amazing addition at your home or your office because it has a sleek body. Moreover, its lightweight design allows you to place it anywhere you want without taking up much space. While comparing it to some other models, I also found out that Canon offers better diversity and saves on utility costs. On top of that, it is also cheaper and allows for a good capacity.
| Canon TS8220 | Xerox Phaser 3330/DNI |
| Inkjet printing | Laser printing |
| Saves on utility costs | Expensive to run |
| Less diverse printing media | Diverse printing media |
| Canon TS8220 | Lexmark MC3224dwe |
| Weighs 14 pounds | Weighs 40 pounds |
| Cheaper | Expensive |
| Less capacity | More capacity |
| Canon TS8220 | Canon TR8520 |
| 6 color individual ink system | 5 color individual ink system |
| More portable | Less portable |
| Only prints plain paper | Can print glossy paper |
The first time the management saw and used the printer, they all smiled because, within minutes, all the prints were out. There was no additional shipping or printing cost. Moreover, the management realized that they were able to save a lot of time with this and they could print papers at a short notice whenever they wanted. Apart from these obvious benefits, we all loved the durability of Canon and felt that its lightweight body made its usage very easy for everyone.
So if you are looking to save on your time, energy, and cost, make sure you get yourself a good printer as soon as possible.
This Panasonic AG-AC30 review mentions everything that I found out while looking for a professional camera. I am a photographer who recently got a huge contract. I was asked to cover the events at my nearby church. It was a huge thing for me because I never got a job that paid so well and was rewarding at the same time. I knew that if I wanted to make a good career out of this, I will have to change my old camera and buy a better one. I got to work, but the more I looked at models, the more disappointed I was.
There were hardly any that were both durable and compact. Either the cameras were too heavy or they were too vulnerable to damage. I knew that I couldn’t afford either. But like all bad times, this had to hand too. While scouring through the internet, I stumbled across this excellent model that completely fascinated me. It had everything that I wanted from my camera. However, before I fell completely in love with the design, I decided to give myself some time and review it thoroughly.
Panasonic AG-AC offered an excellent resolution of 1080 and an extra wide angle that allowed for all types of photography. It also came with a built-in Camcorder for greater efficiency. However, as impressive as these features were, I knew there were a couple of other things that I had to look out for before I jump to the fancy features.
There were two things that I absolutely could not overlook; design and efficiency. The former because I like to look as professional as I can while doing my job and the latter because I wanted a good value for the money. I wanted a model that was both attractive and sturdy. I also wanted my camera to be very durable so even if it falls, it won’t break. The latter feature I chose because I knew that the Church management expected me to provide them with the best coverage of their events. And the last thing I wanted was to disappoint them.
So here is what I asked myself before I moved on to the other parts of my research.
The answers to these had to be more than satisfactory. Since this is an international version model, it is compatible with almost all accessories. The durability is also good as the model offers good shock absorption and impact resistance. To top all this, it also comes with an excellent warranty.
If there was ever a model made especially for professional usage, it was this one. It comes with a range of options that allow you to zoom and focus on images and make them appear brighter than usual. There is also an optical zoom lens that allows for an admirable 1080p resolution. This not only gives more clarity to images but also ensures your clients are fully satisfied with your work. Another fascinating feature of the Panasonic AG-AC30 is that it comes with a user-friendly touch screen with FHD up to 120 FPS. This camera can also record in MOV, MP4, and AVCHD format and hence ensures greater diversity.
When it comes to cameras, people appreciate functionality more than the aesthetics and that is why I was looking for too. Here is what made me fall in love with this model.
Ease of usage is one of my first priorities. I knew my management people wouldn’t be able to handle something very complex. AG-AC30 was very easy to use and came with a large LCD screen with easy and efficient controls. Moreover, it came with a BSI MOS sensor that ensured low light performances and allowed for greater image stabilization. The latter benefit was also ensured by the 20 X zoom feature. There is also an LED light that is built on top of the camera and allows you to illuminate your object in low light settings.
There are two viewfinders that will provide you with greater choice. You can either operate the camera with a traditional tilt up color EVF or you can opt for the pullout LCD high-resolution screen. The slow mode functionality is also enabled and allows you to capture the natural and true beauty of any event or person. You get to enjoy recording in full HD for up to 120 fps. This high frame per second feature ensures greater accuracy and control.
These things go hand in hand with each other and both influence performance to a great degree. This model comes with a 35 mm focal length and a range of 29.5 to 612 mm. there is also a filter thread that is 49mm wide. Moreover, the camera also makes use of a hybrid O.I.S that compensates for any tilting or faulty angles of the camera. It also ensures that your handheld shakes don’t distort the quality of the image.
Since the church has to deal with a variety of events every year, we were looking for a camera that can do the job well in any setting. The AG-AC30 features zoom, focus, and iris ring on the lens. Moreover, these rings are designed to ensure a better tactile feel. You also get to shoot in low light settings thus enjoying greater versatility.
I was convinced with both the design and the durability of the model, but there were still some questions that I wanted answers for. I knew the perfect way to get reliable answers was to read what other buyers had said about the model. My research confirmed that this camera offered amazing diversity with advanced technology that allowed for an excellent color conversion. Moreover, buyers also said that this model works great in both low and high-end light settings thus allowing for unlimited performance. But the comment that really pleased me was regarding the filter covers. These help adjust the amount of light coming in and thus ensures greater accuracy and precision.
and,
The best way to get over any initial biases is to compare your preferred model with a couple of others. This will do one of two things. It will either reinforce your belief that your model is the best one in the market or it will negate the idea. In either case, you will thank yourself for going through this daunting process. I went through the process to ensure I wasn’t making any rash decisions.
I chose some similar cameras for the purpose and filtered any units that were too expensive or too lightweight. Then I chose the best features of each unit such as the display sizes and resolutions and compared them with the features of AG-AC30. This was to ensure that I wasn’t spending too much on a model that wasn’t good enough.
My research proved otherwise, here is how.
| Panasonic AG-AC30 | Panasonic X1500 |
| 30-inch display size | 3.5-inch display size |
| 1080 resolution | 480p resolution |
| Expensive | Cheaper |
| Panasonic AG-AC30 | Canon XA11 |
| Better visibility | Smaller display |
| 5.5 pounds | 1.6 pounds |
| Difficult to handle | Better controls |
| Panasonic AG-AC30 | Panasonic Lumix LX100 |
| Wider angle | Relatively smaller angle |
| Better image clarity | Images may distort when zoomed |
| Expensive | Cheaper |
When it comes to life, there are very few things that mean more to us than our memories, and the case for our Church was no different. Since I worked with a group of passionate individuals, I knew how much it meant for us to preserve the beauty of each event. A good camera was our way of doing that.
To all our delight, Panasonic AG-AC30 soon became our constant companion. Whenever there was an event at our church, regardless of how big or small, we used to take a plethora of pictures and would keep them safe for later. This not only allowed us to reminisce over the glory of the past but also helped us become more appreciative of our blessings.
This Gallien-Krueger Neo 410 Review wasn’t hard to write because I didn’t have to exaggerate any features. Good music is the essence of any church and that is something I realize a bit late in my life. Both my father and my mother were deeply religious people who always pushed me to go to church, but I never obliged. I was neither interested nor so any need to go through the trouble. However, the biggest reason for my nonattendance was boredom. The church music was dull and wasn’t captivating enough to impress me. But that changed once I shifted homes.
I moved to a different county after my wedding, and one fine day, my wife compelled me to attend church hearings with her. Since I saw no harm in the activity, I agreed. This one experience was all it needed to change my perception of church. I loved the music and the sheer volume and clarity of the sermons that filled the great halls and mesmerized anyone within a wide range. I felt the words enter my body and having a huge impact. I knew I had to know more about the bass cabinet that made the whole difference.
I knew a little about bass cabinets because as an academic and principal of my school, we had them installed all around the campus. However, the management recently approved a budget for upgrades, and what would be a better addition to the school than this? Having powerful woofers installed would not only keep the students interested but would also ensure that they enjoy being in the school’s premises.
I wanted to get the same model as the Church, but powerful acoustics was not the only thing worth considering. I knew I had to look for other important features before I made any decision. For bass cabinets, I knew I wanted a high-frequency articulation and greater power. Moreover, having good portability would also come in handy when the teachers want to move the unit for drama and music classes.
Since the stakes were high, I decided to ask myself a couple of important questions?
These three questions were going to tell me whether I could even consider this unit. I found out that the model was within the school’ budget and also offered sturdy construction. As for range, I didn’t really understand the complexity of the features, so I planned to delve into it on a deeper level.
Packaged in the most professional package, you would expect this model to be very heavy and non-portable, but that is certainly not the case. It weighs only 68 pounds which, compared to most other bass cabinets, is much less. There are also customized interlocking corners that offer sturdy and stable construction that you can rely on. Moreover, the unit incorporates bracings that will reduce the impact of any standing waves whilst also providing good support. This, together with greater durability allows for a great sound definition. To top all this, there are also casters that are nickel-plated and are easily removable to allow greater convenience. So while investing in this model, you get amazing articulation and excellent power.
This powerful and strong bass cabinet is everything that I wanted. It is not only compact but also allows for some other excellent features. Here is a brief overview of some of the most amazing pros of this model.
The Neo does a great job by ensuring you get equally good performance in both the mids and high ranges. Moreover, you get to enjoy greater diversity by getting a punchy and a very fat low end. This not only allows you to enjoy a greater range but this feature also helps you to widen your audience and capture the interest of people with different preferences.
People can get crazy around musical instruments and the last thing I wanted was for my design to break easily. Luckily for me, Gk neo offered an 11 ply construction that ensured greater sturdiness. Moreover, it comes with a horn tweeter that is both powerful and reliable. This, along with a passive crossover allows for fewer distortions in sound. Furthermore, you will be pleased to know that there are special bracings included that allow for greater durability. To top all this, the model also offers interlocking corners that allow for the longevity of the model.
These things mattered a great deal to me so I was thrilled to find out that the unit could be carried around easily. I could carry it in my car as it came with a sleek yet strong body. Moreover, there are two-inch copper voice coils that are placed on each side and that helps enhance power handling. There is also a special bracing added that not only adds to the strength of the design but also gives the unit enough support to resist any shock and impact. These also prevent any coloration or distortion during usage.
I noticed that the model was installed permanently in the Church and that was a major concern for me. I knew that this set up allowed for a boosted and more reliable performance. However, for my personal use, and for my school, I needed a unit that could be carried around. Gallien-Krueger Neo 410 comes with casters that allow you to use the unit both ways.
You can never be too sure of a product unless you have read some reviews by recent buyers thoroughly. These people are very honest in their comments and hence you can always trust their judgments. I too wanted to see what other people were saying and luckily I didn’t regret my decision. People had absolutely loved the growl that the model offered. They also found the sounds to be very accurate and clear. However, the feature that got the most praise was the diversity that the model offered. There was a range of musicians and organizations that were more than pleased with this bass cabinet.
and,
Another integral part of my research was this. I knew that I absolutely loved the performance in the Church, but my needs differed slightly from the great hall, so I had to look for other important features as well. I knew that I could go slightly over my budget but I couldn’t compromise on a unit that was either too heavy or did not offer good construction.
For the sake of this comparison part, I randomly picked 3 other models that either received a higher rating on amazon or had a lot of people review them positively. I then compared the features of these models to see which one suits my needs better. In the end, I reached the exact same conclusion as before; there was no better model than the Gallien-Kreuger Neo 410. Here is how I reached this decision.
| Gallien-Krueger Neo 410 | Gallien-Krueger Neo 115-III |
| Better acoustics | Greater distortions |
| Suitable for larger venues | Suitable for smaller venues |
| 800 Watt power | 400 W power |
| Gallien-Krueger Neo 410 | Ampeg SVT-410HE |
| 60 pounds | 80 pounds |
| More diversity | Less diversity |
| Expensive | Cheaper |
| Gallien-Krueger Neo 410 | Phil Jones Bass Compact |
| High-quality horn tweeter | Relatively low-quality tweeter |
| Speakon cable already included | Lacks some accessories |
| Relatively larger body | Compact body |
Power and durability come together in the making of this model and such a great combination is bound to fail at any level. I chose Neo 410 because it was strong without being too heavy. This meant that I could carry the unit to my home every once in a while for events or parties. Moreover, I was also thrilled by the excellent chassis of the model that allowed me to carry it on the road easily.
My love for music and for the church also grew once I made the investment. The former made me enjoy my life and the latter ensured I don’t transgress and become a better human being. Both these things were equally rewarding and I only have Neo 410 to thank for it.
I wrote this Fender FA-100 review for my son and for every teenager who was looking to develop a career in music. My son, from an early age, showed interest in music. There was rarely anything that gave him more pleasure or comfort. He wasn’t a much of a talker and that always bothered me. I wanted to do something about it. Luckily, I once went to my nearby church and saw a few teenagers learning how to play music. The Church used to teach soulful music to the kids so they can perform at the choir or after sermons. I knew my son could also contribute to this, and in doing so, hopefully, make a few friends.
I talked to the bishop and shared the entire story with him. He was more than happy to help me. I also told him that my son was already gifted in this art, and only needed some guidance. He recommended that I buy my son a new guitar so he can learn better techniques and hone his skills. I was ready to spend as much money as needed; but luckily, in the end, I didn’t have to. I found a model that was both affordable and offered features of an expensive acoustic guitar.
One of the top considerations for me was a carrying bag. I knew that I wanted to get my son a model that he could carry to and from the church easily. I wanted to invest in a design that was both compact and lightweight. Fender FA not only weighed less but also came with a black nylon gig bag that allowed for easy storage and portability. Moreover, this bag ensured greater safety for the guitar and ensured that the strings and the strap were safe from damage.
Another excellent feature that could contribute to my child’s convenience was a wide, yet comfortable strap. This would come in handy during playing and carrying the guitar, but more importantly, it came with a rear strap button that further ensured safety. There was also the issue of durability. My son is rather clumsy and I knew that any cheap model would break or get damaged easily and I could not risk that.
My concerns didn’t end there, I also asked a couple of other questions
I wanted to get the best possible design for my child; one that he would fall in love with. So it was important that I get satisfactory answers to all these questions. Fender FA was one model that satisfied me and allowed for both diversity, and longevity. It also ensured flexibility.
The guitar playing was never as easy as it is now with the help of this amazing Fender FA-100. It is an excellent acoustic guitar that never ceases to amaze you. The best thing about this is the price. You get all the superior features of a high-end model by paying very little money. The model comes with a glossy and protective finish that covers the entire body. There is also a quartersawn X bracing that comes with a laminated spruce top. Moreover, there is a saddle that adds to the convenience. To top all this, the model comes with a lifetime warranty.
This was my favorite part because as a music enthusiast, I got to research so many amazing specs of the Fender FA. Every feature was better than the last one, and that truly surprised me. Here is a description of the most remarkable benefits.
The sound is as decent as it gets. The best thing about this unit is that it’s neither too complex nor too simple thus making it an excellent model for both beginners and professionals. Moreover, compared to other acoustic guitars it allows for a much crisper tune that will mesmerize any audience. The sound projection is also smooth and offers an excellent range.
It was important for me to find a model that was neither too large nor too small and Fender was just the perfect size. It was 9 pounds only and came with an excellent and durable strap for convenience. Moreover, it offered a dreadnought shape that further enhanced its appeal. The neck, however, is made of a glossy shaped maple that feels smooth to the touch.
Durability was another feature that I was looking for. Fender FA, as promised, came with laminated spruce on top and featured a quartersawn bracing. The use of basswood for the back and sides meant that the model was less likely to break or get damaged upon impact. Moreover, I was pleased to know that the use of basswood ensured a more pleasant and clear sound.
My son hates when he has to constantly take care of something which is why I always wanted to find him a guitar that was easy to carry and store. Two features aided in the process. The strap helped him in carrying the model around with ease. The bag helped keep the model safe when not in use. The excellent durability and strength that these things provided also appealed to me. The bag also helps keep the strings intact.
One of the most impressive features of this model had to be its excellent and unmatched warranty. Both my son and I were very pleased to know that Fender FA came with a lifetime limited warranty. This meant that regardless of how frequently you use the guitar, you can rely on it to survive the test of time.
Fender FA-100 looks good and it sounds good and that made with very happy. However, I wanted to give my son the best chance at succeeding, so I didn’t want to take any risks. I hence looked for reviews on the internet to see what other people were saying. The quality of the guitar impressed almost everyone. They loved the fact that this guitar was one of the cheapest in the market. Moreover, people had also praised the durability and efficiency of the design and commended its warranty.

and,
There were a couple of things that I wanted to prioritize in this case; durability, portability, and ease of usage. I was fine with exploring as many options as possible. I wasn’t into any rush and I knew the classes at the Church could wait until I find the right model for my child. I loved Fender FA, but I knew I was looking at the guitar from my own perspective and not from my son’s perspective. I had to change that.
I hence decided to compare the model with a couple of others to see which one emerged as the winner. I wrote the top features of all models and then evaluated them separately. I liked that Fender was not only one of the most affordable models but also offered better adjustability. Moreover, its lifetime warranty ensured that it was going to be my son’s constant companion.
Here are some other reasons why I ended up choosing the Fender FA.
| Fender FA-100 | Traveler Guitar, 6-String |
| The top material is made of spruce material | The top material is made of maple wood |
| Larger scale length | Smaller scale length |
| Weighs 9 pounds | Weighs 3 pounds |
| Fender FA-100 | Kala U-Bass |
| 6 strings | 4 strings |
| The top material is mahogany | The top material is spruce wood |
| Comes with bag | No bag |
| Fender FA-100 | Traveler Guitar 6 String Pro-Series |
| 43 inches long | 32 inches long |
| Cheaper | expensive |
| More portable | Less portable |
Reaching the final decision, for me, was easier than I had anticipated. I knew of the specific things my son would look like. This included ease of usage, better aesthetics, and most importantly a durable and strong model. The main issue was that Fender was slightly heavier than some of the other options I considered. This worried me.
However, I realized that the wide and strong strap that comes with the model will provide the much needed support and will help provide ease to my son. Moreover, the durable case also aided in this purpose. So with all that in mind; I was finally satisfied that I made the best choice.
I wrote this Mackie DL32R review after a successful experience with the unit. Before I was entrusted with the task, I didn’t know that organizing a huge event at a church would be so nerve-wrecking. This event was going to be attended by thousands of people and I knew I had to get hold of my nerves and get started on the preparations. I wasn’t managing the event entirely but I was part of the team that was responsible for the socials. This included a couple of live music performances. The management wanted this particular section to be the most appealing.
They were even willing to install as much new musical equipment as possible, so the budgeting wasn’t much of an issue. There were two major tasks that I had to complete. The first was finding a band that would be willing to perform at this charity event and the second was to buy a new audio channel mixer for the church. Since the church was expecting this event to happen on a quarterly basis, it was only sensible to buy a unit entirely for the purpose rather than rent one every single time.
The event was going to be attended by some of the top ministers so it was imperative that everything went as smoothly as possible. The stakes for us were very high, but I was ready to come through and get my church the best possible model they could imagine. My main concern was to find a unit that offered greater number of channels without being too heavy. This was to ensure good portability and efficiency.
I also wanted to invest in a model that looked and felt modern, so wireless connectivity was something I wasn’t ready to compromise on. A feature I could compromise on was the app compatibility; however, I knew that controlling the sounds through the app would be a very beneficial point. Moreover, I was also looking for a good EQ band that allowed for greater diversity.
So before I made any decisions, I decided to delve deeper into my mind and find out the main concerns that I had
This list only contains the questions that really troubled me. Almost all the models I saw, except for Mackie DL32R failed to convince me on all these fronts. Some models were durable but they came with a poor interface or vice versa. If a model had all these features, it would usually not allow for good acoustics.
Equipped with 32 channels of powerful digital mixing, this model is really revolutionizing the way audio mixing channels are viewed. With Mackie DL32R, you get convenience and ease of usage. The entire working can be done from an app which means that you won’t have to manually adjust the sounds and go through all the hassle. Moreover, there is a direct to drive multi track system that ensures easy recording and playback performance. The model is also fully loaded with a powerful DSP system and 28 buses that provide greater efficiency with a number of applications. On top of that, the master Fader control app is both easy and allows for intuitive control.
There were many journalists at our event and they all praised the excellent performance of the unit. The credit of this goes to Mackie who incorporated so many extraordinary features into the design. Here is a short description of all these features.
This was one of the biggest concerns I had and I was happy to find out that this unit came with full fireless control. For all the iPod and iPhone users, there is a special master Fader app that allows musicians to have greater control over their mixer. Any device that allows for 10Ios or less can control the DL32R easily.
We wanted to surprise the audience but we also wanted a chance to reminisce over these memories sometime later. This is why I was looking for a unit that could record live performances. This multi-functional mixer allows you to connect to a computer via a USB 2.0 port or use a special user interface. Both of these things help ensure good recording capability.
Mackie comes with 32 Onyx and a mic press that also features a 14 fully assignable XLR output. This, along with an I/0 patch window gives your unit the required flexibility it needs. Moreover, this also makes the unit suitable for use by beginners and professionals. To top all that, there is also an A/B source per channel that allows for a variety of linkable outputs and inputs.
Behind any functional unit, there is always an advanced technology that allows for powerful DSP processing. This is a 4 band EQ that ensures good compression for every channel. Moreover, there are also 32 different channels that allowed for the perfect mix and match of sources.
The DL Dante card is expandable and provides you with 32 channels of network audio I/0. This allows you to connect your unit to any AV network that is Dante powered. Moreover, there is a virtual soundcard application that can connect to either your PC or your Mac and ensure an even better functionality for your device.
This powerful channel mixer was everything fans wanted in their unit. I realized that when I read some of the most honest reviews on the internet. People were happy to pay the slightly higher cost if they were sure they were getting the most durable and efficient model. Another feature that everyone liked was the excellent compatibility that was ensured. This mixer could be used with a plethora of devices which ensured greater diversity and versatility. Even after some thorough probing, I still didn’t find any review that highlighted any major drawbacks of the unit.
and,
Any model that is within your price range and offers you control over 32 different channels is hard to beat. However, I still wanted to give it a go and hence I decided to compare my preferred model with some other units. For the sake of this, I chose other models that also offered a similar number of channels or units that were in the same price range.
This was to ensure that I wasn’t being blinded by grand marketing skills. I knew the company’s tendencies to make huge promises which they don’t deliver on later. Since this event meant so much to all of us, I was in no position to take any chances. This comparison overview proved fruitful for me because, at the end of my research, I was convinced Mackie DL32R would prove to be a unit worth everyone’s while.
Here is how I reached that conclusion.
| Mackie DL Series | BEHRINGER, 40, Black |
| 14 pounds | 18 Pounds |
| Better audio interface | Lacks a good interface |
| 32 input channel | 40 input channel |
| Mackie DL Series | Allen & Heath |
| Better low light visibility | Lacks visibility |
| Suitable for diverse gigs | Less diverse |
| Expensive | Cheaper |
| Mackie DL Series | Rane DJ Seventy-Two |
| Diverse channel mixers | Only 2 channel mixers |
| Cheaper | Expensive |
| Less ease of usage | Better touch screen |
From the first moment I looked at this design, I knew there was something special about it. The more I looked into its features, the more convinced I was that my earlier intuition was right. The event was going to change our Church’s face value and I knew a good music performance would make the task much easier.
And luckily, it did. The mixer not only delivered on all its promises but also allowed us to use a plethora of different audio sources and generate a unique output. Everyone in the audience was mesmerized by the powerful acoustics, but we were surprised. When your unit is this great, you already anticipate such a reaction.
My love for guitars is going to be quite obvious for anyone reading this Schecter Omen Extreme review. I developed an attachment for guitars very early in my teens. When I was around 14, my best friend broke a limb and was placed on bed rest for 3 months. He loved listening to music, so every week, I used to go to his place and perform a song for him. He used to love my guitar and would always request me to play more and more for him.
He got over his illness soon, but my love for music stayed on. I started learning more and more techniques and started looking for ways to improve my skills. However, I knew until I perform for an actual audience, I won’t be able to get better at this. My father suggested I play for my nearby Church on Sundays. He knew they would appreciate my time and effort. And since this was exactly the kind of audience I needed at the start of my career, I agreed.
I was quite nervous about playing and wanted my first performance to be my best one so far. However, I also knew that the instruments I had were pretty worn out and weren’t apt for even a small gig. With help from my dad, I gathered enough money to buy myself a new guitar. However, I knew that I had to do some research before I could make an informed choice.
Schecter was one of the first models that I reviewed. I absolutely love its subtle colors and wood construction. The latter gave it unmatched durability and strength that made it appear more reliable than most other units. I also loved the diamond bass bridge and the lifetime warranty that the model offered. However, I knew there were other things that mattered too. I didn’t want to jump into any decisions, so I held myself back and asked myself these three questions.
The answers to these questions were paramount to my decision. I wanted an instrument that was easy to use but also gave me some room for improvement. I also didn’t want to carry something very heavy. This was the one model that satisfied me on all fronts.
Efficiency, convenience, and durability come together in the making of this excellent guitar. It appeases you both in terms of looks and in terms of functionality. I absolutely loved the scale length of this model that helped me with my technique. There are diamond active pickups included that enhance performance and allow for good functionality. Moreover, the tuners stood out for me because of their smooth finishing. However, one thing that truly fascinated me was the inclusion of 24 jumbo jets. This not only made the model very diverse but also increased its versatility. To top all this, Schecter offered wood construction that further increased its appeal.
I love reviewing musical instruments, but describing the features of this Schecter model was a whole different experience altogether. I had fallen in love with the design and ergonomics of this guitar and wanted to do justice to them here. Here are all the things you feel find attractive about this guitar.
The diamond bass model is common for almost all Schecter designs, and this is just one of the many reasons this brand enjoys an untarnished reputation. Standard die-cast units are also used for all the tuning machines that not only allow for easy adjustability but also ensure greater accuracy. You will also be pleased to know that all the hardware will come in black chrome, thus increasing the model’s appeal. The model also allows for true intonations, and the tuners will allow greater diversity.
The overall body is quite similar to all other guitars by the brand, but what really sets this Schecter brand apart is that it is extremely comfortable to hold in both hands. You are also able to reach all the higher notes easily and hence continue with the uninterrupted performance. The model also features a high-quality mahogany and maple top that adds to the durability and good aesthetics. Maple is also used in the construction of the neck. There is also a rosewood fretboard that comes with vector inlays. But the best feature about the neck is that it is type C and allows for fast action.
The pair of pickups that Schecter comes up with is one of its most notable features. These, along with an active preamp, allows for great versatility and precision. There are also two separate diamond bass pups that allow for a great range. This came in handy for me when I wanted great variations in the tones. Moreover, tone shaping is also made possible with a superb EQ section. To top all this, there are also no distortions that might interfere with the performance of your guitar.
If you are looking for a guitar that will feel comfortable and accommodating regardless of where you are playing, then this is the right model for you. It works best with any kind of genre in your mind and allows for a diverse range of pickups that get the job done. You also get to make use of the low-end response that works in any environment. You also get to enjoy thumping and fast rhythms with the help of this setup.
Buyers knew that any good product that offered efficiency would be over $1000, so they didn’t mind paying this price. They loved the action of this guitar that allowed them to use it for a variety of gigs and performances. The tuners also work well and are very easy to dial and adjust when needed. There is also a bolt on the neck, which works perfectly well for both beginners and professionals. But the one thing that buyers absolutely loved was the compact size of the unit. This, they felt, allowed them to use the guitar on stage for as long as they wanted to.
and,
Regardless of your choice, there is always a question that looms over your head; am I buying the best possible unit? I also thought of this question and I knew that I wanted to get the best value on the money. I was spending a lot of money, and my father was really looking forward to my performance in front of his friends in the Church. I didn’t want to disappoint me.
This was hence the make or break section for me. I looked at a number of models on the internet and filtered out any that were either too cheap or had a lower rating. Once I found 3 amazing guitars from different brands, I moved on to the next step. I wrote the pros and cons of each unit and started comparing them with my preferred unit. Even after spending half a day on this part, I still ended up with the same conclusion; Schecter was the perfect model for me.
This is what compelled me to reach that decision.
| Schecter Omen Extreme | Schecter 2522 |
| Diamond active configuration | Combination of setup configurations |
| Diamond base bridge system | Adjustable type bridge system |
| Expensive | Cheaper |
| Schecter Omen Extreme | Traveler Guitar 6 string |
| 34-inches long | 24 inches scale length |
| More durable | Lacks durability |
| 4 strings | 6 strings |
| Schecter Omen Extreme | Traveler Guitar Ultra-Light |
| 34-inch scale length | 30 inch scale length |
| Diamond configuration | Piezoelectric configuration |
| Heavier | Lightweight |
If I were to define my experience with this guitar in one word, I would say exhilarating. Never did I imagine that I would come across a music instrument that would provide with such amazing diversity. I could not only enhance my tunes but also achieve greater precision with the help of Schecter.
Its bass was unique, and so was its design. It was also lightweight, which allowed me to carry it around with ease, but after using this excellent guitar, one thing was pretty obvious; good things come to those who do their research well.
